INPHIRA AUTOMATION
Automation for cleaning companies

You’re not losing calls. You’re losing clients.

When your crew’s on a job and a call goes to voicemail, 85% of those callers never call back. And one recurring client is worth $3,600 to $7,200 a year. I make sure every call gets answered and turned into booked work, even when you can’t pick up. From someone who ran a cleaning company for years, not an agency.

I dealt with the same slow follow-up and missed calls you’re dealing with now.

If it runs your business and has an API, I connect to it. These are just the ones owners ask for most.

Stop losing time, leads, and revenue to manual processes.

Most owners don’t need more software. They need fewer things slipping through the cracks. Here are the six I see most, and the system that closes each one.

Missed Leads

Potential customers stop waiting after a few minutes.

Lead Response AutomationThe one I see most

Every lead gets a reply in seconds, even the calls you can't pick up.

Inconsistent Follow-Up

Quotes get forgotten and prospects go cold.

Quote Follow-Up

Multi-touch reminders keep every quote moving on their own.

Scheduling Chaos

Appointment changes and reminders eat up valuable time.

Client Communication

Reminders and reschedules handled without you in the loop.

Review Collection

Happy customers rarely leave reviews unless asked.

Review Generation

Every happy customer gets asked, at the right moment.

Administrative Overload

Manual tasks consume hours every single week.

Admin Workflows

CRM updates and internal notifications run themselves.

Lost Clients

Past clients often disappear silently.

Reactivation Campaigns

Automated outreach brings old clients back into rotation.

Here's what the systems actually look like.

Two of the flows I build, mapped step by step. Yours gets built around how your shop actually runs, and in a minute you can watch one run live.

New lead to booked job

The leak most owners never see: slow follow-up. Sealed.

  1. Trigger

    Lead submitted

  2. SMS

    Instant SMS response

  3. Email

    Quote sent

  4. Sequence

    Automated follow-up

  5. Calendar

    Client books

  6. Reviews

    Review request sent

Finished job to five-star review

The proof that wins the next ten jobs. Asked for, every time.

  1. Trigger

    Job marked complete

  2. SMS

    Thank-you text sent

  3. Email

    Review link delivered

  4. Reviews

    Customer leaves a review

  5. Profile

    Live on your Google profile

  6. Flywheel

    Feeds your next lead

These are two of many. The set you get depends on where your time actually goes.

One system, running live. The rest we build around you.

Press the button. It runs one of the real workflows I build, step by step, then the drafted text-back comes back live. Nothing actually gets sent. This is just one example. Yours would be built around how your business runs, and we'd keep improving it together.

Built by someone who actually ran a cleaning company.

Most automation agencies understand software. I understand software and cleaning businesses, because I built and ran Soul Clean, my own cleaning company, from 2019 to 2024. That means I know exactly where automation creates real value, and where it’s just noise.

I’ve personally dealt with:

  • Last-minute cancellations
  • No-show estimates
  • Missed leads
  • Scheduling headaches
  • Staff coordination
  • Client retention

I don’t sell generic AI. I build practical systems that solve the problems I lived through.

How I work with you.

Industry experience

Every system is informed by years actually running a cleaning operation, not a playbook I read online.

Built around you

No two businesses are the same. Your workflows are designed around how you actually operate.

You work with me

Directly. No account managers, no offshore tickets, no runaround.

Business first

We start with your goals and bottlenecks, then choose the tech, never the other way around.

The best proof is your own business.

You’ve just watched one system run. The real proof is seeing it on your leads, your calendar, your numbers. We start with one high-impact system, you watch it work, and you decide where it goes from there. You work directly with me the whole way, and you keep everything we build.

And the risk is mine: if your first system isn’t live and working in 30 days, you don’t pay for it.

What your time is actually worth.

This isn't really a tech expense. It's the time you get back. Move the sliders to your own numbers.

Frequently asked questions.

What types of businesses do you work with?

Cleaning companies and service-based businesses that want to capture more leads, communicate better, and spend less time on admin. And if you already run a CRM or other tools, we're not here to replace them. We build on top of what you already have, connecting and automating your existing systems so they finally work together instead of creating more manual work.

Is my customer data safe?

Treating it carefully is the whole job. Before I build anything, I'll walk you through exactly what connects to what and where your information goes, in plain language, so there are no surprises. Wherever possible I work inside the tools and accounts you already own, you stay in control of who has access, and I never sell or share your data with anyone. If a setup ever needs something you're not comfortable with, we don't do it.

Do I need experience with AI?

No. Everything is designed to work for you quietly in the background.

Will automation replace my staff?

No. The goal isn't to replace people, it's to take the repetitive, easy-to-forget work off their plate, like follow-ups, reminders, data entry, and review requests, so your team can spend their time on what actually needs a human: serving clients and growing the business.

How long does implementation take?

We start with one high-impact system instead of a months-long build, so your first workflow is usually live within a few weeks. And if it isn't live and working within 30 days, you don't pay for it.

Can I start small?

Absolutely. Most clients start with a single high-impact workflow, see it working, then expand from there. You're never locked into a big all-at-once build.

What software do you integrate with?

The tools cleaning companies already use: your scheduling and CRM (like ZenMaid, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or GoHighLevel), phone and SMS, email, calendars, and review platforms like Google. If you already run a system, we build on top of it instead of replacing it.

Is this a one-time setup, or do you stick around?

I'm in it for the long run. I'd rather build one thing that works and grow with you than hand over a setup and disappear. We start small, get a system working, then improve and add to it as your business changes. You're never locked into a long contract, and you keep everything we build.

What if I don't need much automation?

Then I'll tell you. I'd rather build the couple of systems that actually pay off than sell you ten you don't need. If something won't save you real time or earn its keep, it's not worth your money, and I'll say so on our call.
